2 1/2 c. flour
1/2-2/3 c. shortening
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend and bake at 350. Serve with strawberries or peaches and whipped cream. This cake is like a sponge and just wonderful.
