LAYERED REUBEN SALAD 
2 c. finely shredded cabbage
2 c. finely shredded lettuce
1 (8 oz.) bottle Thousand Island dressing
1 tsp. caraway seeds
2 (3 oz.) pkg. corned beef
3 hard-cooked eggs
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
4 slices Melba toast, crushed

Combine lettuce and cabbage, 1/4 cup dressing, and caraway. In mixing bowl, place half mix of lettuce. Layer half of corned beef, remaining lettuce, remaining corned beef, hard-cooked egg slices, and cheese. Spread remaining dressing evenly over top of salad. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Chill for 24 hours. Before serving, top with crushed Melba toast.
