LAYERED REUBEN SALAD 
2 c. finely shredded cabbage
2 c. finely shredded lettuce
1 (8 oz.) bottle Thousand Island dressing
1 tsp. caraway seeds
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. corned beef
3 hard cooked eggs
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
4 slices melba toast, crushed

Combine lettuce and cabbage, 1/4 cup dressing, and caraway. In mixing bowl, place 1/2 mix of lettuce. Layer 1/2 corned beef, remaining lettuce, remaining corned beef, hard cooked egg slices, and cheese. Spread remaining dressing evenly over top of salad. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Chill for 24 hours. Before serving, top with crushed melba toast.
