REUBEN POTATO SALAD | |
1 can (12 oz.) corned beef, chilled 4 c. cooked diced potatoes (2 lbs.) 1 can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained 1/4 c. diced celery 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. prepared mustard 1 tsp. crushed caraway seeds 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 tsp. pepper Cut corn beef into 1/2 inch pieces. Combine corn beef and potatoes, sauerkraut, celery and cheese in large bowl and mix. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl, mix. Add to mixture and chill. |
