HOT SAUCE 
2 c. hot peppers
1 1/2 c. onions
5 tomatoes
2 or 3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 lg. (24 oz.) bottle ketchup

Chop vegetables finely in food processor. Combine with remaining ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Simmer 35-45 minutes. Fill jars and process as in pressure cooker 5 minutes per 5 pounds pressure.
