BAKED BEANS--MEXACABI 
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 chopped green peppers
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp. brown sugar
2 (28 oz.) can pork and beans
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 sm. pkg. corn chips, crumbled

Grease baking dish. In skillet over medium heat, in hot salad oil, cook onion and green peppers with brown sugar until tender, about 10 minutes. In baking dish, combine onion mixture with beans, chili powder, salt and oregano. Mix well. Sprinkle with corn chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
