24 HOUR OMELET 
7 slices white bread
3/4 lb. sharp cheese
8 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of cayenne pepper
Thin cubes of ham or sausage

Trim crusts from bread slices and butter bread on one side. Cut slices into about 1 inch pieces. Place buttered side up in a 9 x 13 inch pyrex pan.

Beat together eggs, milk, salt and seasonings. Pour over bread slices, add cubes of meat and top with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake covered in oven at 325 degrees about 30 minutes or until egg mixture is set. Uncover for last 10 minutes of baking time.
