20 oz. Oreos, crushed
1/2 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese, soft
8 oz. Cool whip
6 oz. chocolate pudding (instant)
3 c. cold milk

Mix crushed Oreos and butter and pat in buttered 9"x13" pan. Mix next 4 ingredients together well and spread on cookie crust. Mix pudding and milk and spread over second layer and refrigerate overnight. Serve with Cool Whip.
