LINDA MENSHY'S PUMPKIN PIE
SQUARES
 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. can (2 c.) unspiced pumpkin
13 1/2 oz. can evap. milk
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter

Mix first 4 ingredients (flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, butter) until crumbly. Press into 9 x 15-inch ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Mix next 8 ingredients together and blend well. Pour over crust and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Mix last 3 ingredients (pecans, brown sugar and butter) and crumble on top. Bake 15-20 minutes. Knife test.
