1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 sqs. (1 1/2 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
1/4 c. cocoa powder
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Pet milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring

Over low heat (or in microwave), melt together the butter and unsweetened chocolate. Mix together the cocoa, sugar, and salt; add to the melted mixture and combine thoroughly. Add milk slowly. Bring to boil. Remove from heat and add flavorings. Store in refrigerator and reheat in microwave.
