“GOOD OL' BOY CHILI” IS IN:

GOOD OL' BOY CHILI 
1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1c. chopped celery
16 oz. can tomato juice
16 oz. can whole tomatoes, undrained, chopped
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. brown sugar, packed
1 bay leaf
15 oz. can kidney beans, drained

In large saucepan or Dutch oven, brown sausage with onion, green pepper, and celery; drain. Add remaining ingredients-except beans. Bring to a boil, reduce heat.

Cover; simmer 45 min., stirring occasionally. Add beans, continue to simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Serve warm.
