ASPARAGUS CHICKEN HOT DISH 
3 chicken breasts or 1 chicken
1 1/2 c. Triscuits, crushed (opt.)
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. salad dressing
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. (4 oz.) mushrooms
2 c. (15 1/2 oz.) asparagus
1 c. (5 oz.) water chestnuts
1 sm. jar pimientos

Cook and cut up chicken in bite size pieces. In 10"x13" baking pan, put a layer of Triscuits. Add a layer of chicken, asparagus (if using frozen, pre-cook a few minutes before adding), and drained, sliced water chestnuts. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over ingredients in pan. Cover with rest of Triscuits and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
