CAVATINI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
3 1/2 oz. sliced pepperoni
15 1/2 oz. Prego spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. each of three different shape pastas, cooked, drained and tossed together
8 oz. carton cream cottage cheese
10 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated

Cook ground beef, onion and green pepper until beef is no longer pink and onion is translucent. Add pepperoni just long enough to heat thoroughly. Drain mixture. Add spaghetti sauce; simmer 5 minutes.

Pour half the pasta into a lightly greased 3 quart casserole. Spoon on half meat sauce. Spoon all cottage cheese over sauce. Sprinkle half Mozzarella cheese over cottage cheese. Repeat layers, omitting cottage cheese and end with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Yields 6 servings.
