CHICKEN/TURKEY PIE 
3/4 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. frozen peas and carrots, thawed or 1 c. mixed vegetables
1 1/2 c. cooked, cubed turkey or chicken
Dash onion powder
1 (10.5 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

In saucepan, cook celery in butter until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Turn mixture into unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Adjust top crust, cut slits for steam. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
