PINTO BEAN PIE 
4 eggs
2 sticks melted butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 can angel flake coconut
1 c. pinto beans (liquid & all mashed)

Combine ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Make 3 pies (regular). Will keep as long as 6 months in freezer covered with foil.
