PINTO BEAN SALAD 
1 (No. 303) can pinto beans
3 med. sweet pickles
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Drain the liquid from the beans and mash. Chop the sweet pickles. Combine the beans, onion, eggs, sweet pickles and salt. Add the mayonnaise and toss lightly until all ingredients are coated. 6 servings.
