2 c. flour
5 c. cold water

Mix and cook over low heat until thick. Cool, add a pinch of salt ad food coloring. Store in covered jar in refrigerator. Paint on shiny shelf paper, a cookie sheet or washable table top, the bathtub; a wet, smooth surface is the only requirement.
