CARROT CAKE SUPREME 
2 c. sugar
1 c. corn oil
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 1/4 c. plain flour
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla butternut flavor
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots

Combine all ingredients. Pour into 3 well greased-floured 9 inch cake pans. Bake 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Test to be sure cake is done. Ice when cool with Cream Cheese Frosting with pecans.

FROSTING:

Cream until very stiff: 1/4 stick butter 1 tsp. vanilla butternut flavoring 1 lb. powdered sugar

Add about 1 cup pecans.
