UNCOOKED MARMALADE 
3 med. oranges, juice & grind rind
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
6-8 oz. dried apricots or peaches
5 c. sugar
1 pkg. Sure Jell

Scrub oranges, juice and grind the rind and apricots. Combine pineapple with the ground fruit. Combine Sure Jell and juice; bring to a boil. Add sugar and boil 2-3 minutes at a rolling boil. Add to fruit. Cover and let stand overnight to blend. Bottle and refrigerate.
