VEGETABLE DIP 
1 c. mayonnaise
4 tsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. cider vinegar
Sprinkle of garlic salt

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Can be used for cauliflower, carrots, cucumbers, celery and radishes.
