RANCH BURGERS #1 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. milk
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs (unbeaten)

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. onion
2 tbsp. celery
3/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt

Mix together ground beef, cracker crumbs, milk and eggs. Form an oblong loaf. Chill overnight, then slice, roll in flour and brown on either side. Put in casserole and pour sauce on top.

Sauce: Combine and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour over meat and bake 1 hour at 325 to 350 degrees.
