COOL WHIP FRUIT PIE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2/3 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
3 1/2 c. or 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. diced strawberries
9 inch graham cracker crumb crust

Dissolve Jello in boiling water, stirring about 3 minutes. Add ice cubes and stir constantly until Jello thickens, 2-3 minutes. Remove unmelted ice.

Using wire whip, fold in Cool Whip. Whip until smooth. Fold in strawberries. Chill mixture until it will mound. Spoon onto pie crust. Chill for 2 hours before serving.

You can substitute any flavor of Jello and fruit (i.e. peach flavored Jello and fresh peaches, etc.)
