STUFFED CHICKEN ROLL 
1 c. Stove Top Flexible Serving Chicken Flavor Stuffing Mix
1/2 c. boiling water
2 chicken cutlets, pounded thin
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. dry white wine
3 tbsp. water

Stir Stuffing Mix into boiling water. Cover; remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes. Spoon stuffing into one end of each cutlet. Roll up; secure with wooden pick or tie with string. Roll cutlets in flour. Brown in butter in a skillet. Add wine and water. Cover. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes, turning twice. Makes 2 servings.
