FRIED RICE 
10 slices thick bacon, cut into pieces, fry, drain on paper towels
1 1/2 c. rice, raw, cook in 3 c. water 20 minutes, covered
1 tsp. salt to rice before cooking
4 eggs, scrambled in a bowl
3 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 bunch green onions for garnish, chopped (use the whole green onion)

In large skillet or wok heat oil to hot, add cooked rice. Stir for 4 minutes on medium to hot flame until rice is light golden. Add mixed raw eggs to rice, turn flame down so eggs don't brown. Stir and cook 3 minutes more. Add soy sauce and mix well. Add bacon, mix ready to serve. Garnish with green onions.
