BEEF-NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown beef; remove from skillet and cook onion, celery, and bell pepper until soft. Mix meat, vegetables, soup, and tomatoes. Add to one small package cooked noodles. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees; add cheese to top and bake 30 minutes longer.
