MARSHA'S CHICKEN MARENGO 
6 fresh mushrooms, chopped or sliced
4 med. onions, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 lg. can of tomatoes or fresh
1/2 c. wine
4 to 6 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
Season with thyme, basil, parsley to taste

Place onions, garlic and mushrooms in crock pot, pour wine over them. Add chicken, add tomatoes and seasonings. If tomatoes are not available, spaghetti sauce may be used. Cook on high for 2 hours, then on low until tender or done. Serves 4.
