BEEF BRISKET 
4 lb. beef brisket (not corned beef brisket)
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 envelope onion soup mix

Cover and cook in oven at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Let meat cool slightly and slice against grain.
