SAUCY TOPPER BEEF LOAF 
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 of an 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 egg
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

SAUCE:

1/2 c. tomato sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine ground beef, bread crumbs and onions. Add 1/3 can of tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Mix lightly but thoroughly and lightly pack into a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Mix the sauce and pour over loaf. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Makes 8 servings.
