CRUNCHY CHICKEN BAKE | |
1 env. Lipton cream of chicken flavor cup-a-soup 1/3 c. hot water 1 whole chicken breast (1 lb.), split 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs 1 tbsp. butter, melted Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium bowl, blend cup-a-soup with water. Dip chicken in soup mixture, then bread crumbs. Place chicken in 1 quart oblong baking dish and drizzle with butter. Bake 45 minutes or until tender. Makes 2 servings. Recipe can be doubled. |
