JOANN'S FRUITED CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up, or use breasts and thighs

Shake chicken pieces in a mixture of flour, salt and pepper, celery salt and nutmeg. Brown in 1/2 cup butter. Place in a 9x13 inch pan. Reserve butter in skillet.

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained (reserve juice)
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. soy sauce

Add flour to butter in skillet. Stir in the reserved pineapple juice, sugar and soy sauce. Heat and blend well. Pour over chicken. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour. Baste with juices occasionally.
