BROCCOLI - MOZZARELLA QUICHE 
1 (10 oz.) broccoli cuts
1 c. shredded mozzarella
3 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. flour
Salt & pepper to taste
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Precook pie shell (375 degrees). Mix all ingredients together. If batter is thick, soften with a little milk. Pour everything into pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees until top gets golden brown, approximately 30-45 minutes. Test center to see if cooked.
