PORK CHOP AND RICE DISH
4 pork chops
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can chicken noodle soup
1/2 env. dried Lipton onion soup
3/4 soup can of water

Brown chops in oil.

Mix rice, chicken noodle soup and water and half of onion soup together in a bowl. Pour half of rice mixture into a casserole, lay pork chops on top. Spoon rest of rice mixture around the chops. Sprinkle top of chops with the remaining onion soup. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.

Can be made in large casserole or roaster if you care to make a large quantity. You can triple recipe or make a dozen chops just adjust the rest of the recipe accordingly. Sometimes have used chicken vegetable soup as a substitute for chicken noodle soup and it works fine.
