CHEESE STUFFED BREAD 
4 (6 inch) submarine rolls
1/2 tsp. dried sweet basil
1 1/2 tsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. soft butter
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 c. chopped black olives
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Miracle Whip or mayonnaise

Heat rolls according to directions. Split in half lengthwise. Combine basil, garlic, olive oil and butter. Add cheese, green onions, olives. Combine with enough mayonnaise to hold all together. Layer on top of bread and bake under broiler until cheese melts. Excellent with soup!
