CHERRY ANGEL FOOD CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines deluxe angel food cake mix
1 (1 lb. 6 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 lg. (12 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 lg. Cool Whip
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix, bake and cool cake as directed on the cake mix package. After cake is cooled, slice into 3 layers.

In a small mixing bowl, soften cream cheese. Beat at medium speed about 1 minute until smooth and creamy. Slowly add powdered sugar and white sugar to soften cream cheese mixture. Beat for about 1 minute. Add Cool Whip and continue mixing until smooth and creamy. Spread cream filling mixture between cake layers, also spread mixture on cake sides and top. Spread cherry pie filling on cake top. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
