1 qt. whipping cream
1 qt. half and half
2 c. sugar
5 lemons & grated peel
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix all together and freeze. Lemon peel optional. Yield: 1 gallon.
