OVEN CHICKEN & RICE | |
1 (4 3/4 oz.) pkg. rice-a-roni chicken & vegetable flavor 1 3/4 c. water 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken, cut up Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine rice-pasta mix, seasoning packet, water and soup in 11 x 7 inch glass baking dish. Mix well with wire whisk or fork. Arrange chicken on top of rice mixture. Bake 1 hour or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with fork. 4 servings. |
