1 (1 lb.) box rotini 1 lb. ground beef 2 cans tomato soup 1 lb. Colby longhorn cheese Cook rotini according to package directions and drain. In a large oven proof or microwave bowl, layer cooked ground beef, sliced cheese and tomato soup so that the pasta and ingredients are covered with soup. Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until heated through, or microwave for 5 minutes on high. |
