CABBAGE AND CARROT RELISH 
1 head cabbage
4 lg. carrots
6 med. onions
2 red sweet peppers
2 green sweet peppers
2 tsp. salt

Grind all vegetables, salt, let stand 2 hours. Drain well.

Then add:

2 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. white mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed

Do not cook. Put in jars and seal. Keep in refrigerator.
