STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
8 oz. cream cheese
6 oz. can minced clams (drained)
2 tbsp. sherry (cooking sherry is good)
Butter
Mushrooms (16 oz. pkg.)

Wash and peel stems from mushrooms. Drain on paper towel. Mix together first 3 ingredients; stuff mushrooms. Place on broiler pan. Melt butter; pour or spoon butter over each mushroom. Broil until brown and bubbly. Plan to make lots of these. They will be gone in minutes!
