CHEESE SOUP 
1/4 c. butter
1 chopped onion
1/2 c. flour
Salt & pepper
1 can chicken broth
2 c. milk
8 oz. Cheese Whiz
1 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables, broccoli, cauliflower & carrots, pre-cook
1 (10 oz.) sm. peas, precook
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Melt butter. Saute onions until translucent. Add flour and cook. Add chicken broth, bring to boil. Add milk and bring to boil. Stir in cheese to melt. Add vegetables. Stir in mustard. Simmer 30 minutes. If too thick, thin with water. Salt and pepper to taste.
