PATRICIAN VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. mixed frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
2 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. flour
4 chicken bouillon cubes
6 c. cold milk
1 c. diced ham
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots in on water until tender. Melt butter and butter. Saute celery and onion; add flour and stir until blended. Crush cubes and add cold milk. Add the cooked vegetables plus the liquid. Add ham, salt, and pepper. Delicious.
