1 lb. hamburger
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated cheddar
3 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
6 green onions
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese

Brown hamburger; drain off grease. Crush garlic and mix with salt, pepper, tomato sauce, and browned hamburger. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Boil noodles and drain; set aside. Chop onions and mix with cream cheese and sour cream.

In 2 quart casserole. Layer noodles, 1/3 sour cream mixture, and 1/3 meat mixture. Continue until complete. Top with cheddar. Bake uncovered until bubbly at 350 degrees.
