JAPANESE CHICKEN SALAD | |
3-4 cooked chicken breasts (cut into bite size pieces) 1 lg. lettuce 3 green onions, thinly sliced 1 (3 oz.) chow mein noodles 1 (4 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds 1 can mandarin oranges (drained) 1 tbsp. poppy seed Mix chicken, lettuce, and onions. Add before tossing, noodles, almonds, oranges and poppy seed. DRESSING: 4 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 4 tbsp. cider vinegar 1/2 c. salad oil Blend well in blender or shaker. |
