JAPANESE CHICKEN SALAD 
4 chicken breasts, boiled & chopped
1 head lettuce, chopped
3 green onions (1/4 c.)
Spinach leaves
Sm. bag sliced or slivered almonds
1 c. chow mein noodles
1/3 c. poppy seeds

May mix first 3 ingredients ahead of time.

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. salad oil

Line bowl with spinach leaves. Add chicken breasts, lettuce and chopped green onions. Add almonds, noodles and poppy seeds. Pour dressing over. (Shake dressing first.) This is best if almonds, noodles, poppy seeds and dressing are added just before serving.
