JAPANESE CHICKEN SALAD 
4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into chunks
1 1/2 heads lettuce
3 green onions
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
2 (4 oz.) pkgs. slivered almonds
1/4 c. poppy seeds or toasted sesame seeds

Mix first 3 ingredients. Add seeds, nuts and noodles just before tossing with the dressing.

DRESSING:

8 tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 tsp. vinegar
1 c. salad oil

Mix well.
