CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
2 heads lettuce or cabbage
6 green onions
3 c. shredded chicken
2/3 c. slivered almonds
6 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 pkg. noodles from top ramen soup mix

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. sesame salad oil
1/2 c. rice vinegar
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 flavor packets from top ramen

Brown almonds in 3 tablespoons butter in frying pan. Remove and brown sesame seeds. Set aside.

Make dressing: Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. Chop lettuce and green onion, when almonds and sesame seeds are cool add to lettuce then add chicken. Mix lightly. Right before serving, crumble noodles and mix through salad. Add dressing a little at a time and mix gently.
