CHINESE NOODLE SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Chinese noodles
3 stalks celery, diced sm.
1 can drained chopped water chestnuts
1 can tiny shrimp
3-5 green onions, thin sliced (green top too)
1 pkg. original Uncle Dans dressing mix
1 c. mayonnaise

Break noodles into 2 inch pieces. Boil as package directs. When cooked rinse in cold water for several minutes. Drain well. Place noodles in large bowl. Add vegetables and shrimp.

Mix mayonnaise and dressing mix; fold into noodle mixture until well mixed. Chill overnight or at least 6 hours.
