SEAFOOD WITH BROKEN NOODLES 
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 (28 oz.) cans peeled tomatoes
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 lb. swordfish steak, cut into cubes
1/2 lb. sm. scallops
1/4 lb. shrimp (lg. to jumbo)
2 green or red bell peppers
4 canned artichoke hearts, cut into fourths
1 lb. cut ziti

Simmer first 5 ingredients in kettle for 45 minutes. Add fresh swordfish, scallops, shrimp, and artichoke hearts to mixture and simmer until seafood is cooked and tender, 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile, slice peppers into tiny strips and add to boiling water. Cook until tender. Strain from water and add to seafood. Boil 1 pound ziti in same water. Serve seafood over ziti. Serves 8.
