MOM'S BANANA FRITTERS | |
1 1/4 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 2 tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 2 beaten eggs 1/2 c. milk Mix first 4 ingredients together, then add eggs and milk. Cut a banana into 3 sections. Cut each section into 3 lengthwise pieces. Sprinkle with lemon or orange juice and sugar. Dip in batter and fry in oil on medium heat. When done, lay on paper towels. Sprinkle with sugar and enjoy! |
