BAR 'B' Q BURGERS 
1 roast
1 lg. onion
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. chopped celery
1 bottle Heinz barbecue sauce

Pressure roast for 20 minutes. Add onions, garlic, and celery to broth. Cook for ten minutes. Remove roast and seasoning with one cup broth to baking pan. Cut roast in small pieces. Add barbecue sauce and bake in 325 degree oven for 20 minutes (be sure to stir roast and ingredients good before baking). Serve on toasted buns.
